Once a painfully shy introvert who struggled with dyslexia and bullying, Steve transformed his life after a mentor challenged him to meet three new people every day. That challenge helped him become a successful entrepreneur, top sales performer and trusted connector with more than 30,000 LinkedIn followers.

Steve is the author of The TAO of a Master Connector and host of The Master Connector Show, a weekly live broadcast with more than 275 episodes. His TEDx talk, “How Introverts Can Out-Connect the Rest,” demonstrates that connection is a skill anyone can develop.

 Rob Genovesi is a brand builder. After 25 years in the creative industry, having worked in advertising, marketing and publishing, Rob launched his branding and design company, offering strategy, design and coaching for mid-sized businesses and solopreneurs looking to stand out from their competition. His networking journey started out like most, simply looking for referrals, but he quickly realized there's more to networking than just a transaction. Rob seeks to find the opportunity with each person he meets in order to create something of value, going beyond the referral. He builds his network on LinkedIn by meeting people who align with his goals, as well as in real life by starting and building business networking chapters through the organization, Master Networks.

Rob loves to spend his time hanging out at home with his wife, kids, dog, and cat (in between rounds of golf).
